The Elite Academy League will provide our U13 thru U19 Boys age groups a high-level platform to compete against other like-minded clubs to further develop our players and showcase our teams at a Regional and Nation al level.
The level of competition and exposure to college coaches will add a valuable piece to our players and team development. The club vs. club format for games will create a professional environment on game day with all our games at the same facility on the same day, while fostering growth and friendship within our club.
The LWR Chargers SC, its Coaching staff and directors are very excited for our players, families, and community to have the opportunity to experience this platform.
PURPOSE
The Elite Academy League is composed of member clubs that represent Elite competitive clubs in their market and have shown to be of the standard and will benefit from being part of this platform. By unifying clubs from within the conferences, we have maintained the defining standards of previous elite platforms with a collective approach to making sure the platform sits atop the youth landscape.
THREE MAIN COMPONENTS
1. Top Competition – The EA will provide consistent opportunities to play against the top U13-U19 teams within some of the best clubs in the state of Florida and beyond. EA operates as a club-based league which provides opportunities for each of our age groups to play consistently high-quality competition without the competitive discrepancies that we’ve experienced in the past.
2. College Exposure – Through their national showcase events and a Talent ID program, the EA will provide our players with more opportunities to be seen by more college coaches, including those outside of the Midwest region.
3. Optimized Travel – The EA provides a home & away conference scheduling format which will spread games out over the calendar year and allow us to host high-quality competition in Florida.
MISSION
The Elite Academy League has a mission to provide a National platform with a standards based league giving clubs the ability to provide full developmental model and pathway with top competition and exposure.
VISION
Our vision is to sit atop the youth landscape providing Elite Academy clubs and leaders the opportunity to guide the league and have autonomy to develop the game in the US. This league will serve to provide a seamless elite pathway for clubs and players to excel in the competitive landscape.
TALENT ID
The Elite Academy Talent ID has a mission to highlight, identify and expose top players who are competing in the Elite Academy League in an elevated environment, exposing them to opportunities for success at the highest level of competition.
